He started Jim Woods Automotive 24 years ago with one location primarily focused on wholesaling cars. Jim now operates under the name Jasper Auto Sales, and has expanded to as many as 4 locations all in Jasper. His business is consistently in the top 5 among independent auto dealers in the State of Alabama. Jim is a member of the Parrish Church of Christ where he is a deacon, he is a trustee at Oakman Highschool and sponsors a scholarship there in his wife’s memory. He has two grandchildren and another on the way. Jim enjoys the car business and often says its his favorite hobby. He also enjoys grilling and spending time with his family.
