Here are a few helpful tips before you fill out this application.
1.) Lenders need your full physical and mailing addresses if different.
2.) If you have lived at your residence for less than 2 years they will need your previous address and time at that residence.
3.) Lenders need your Gross Monthly Income. That is the amount you make before any taxes or insurance is cut from your check.
4.) Time on your job is important. Be sure to list the length of time you have been employed at your current job. If you have not been at your job 2 years,
list your previous employer and the time at that job with the appropriate Phone Numbers for each employer.
5.) Self Employed applicants will in many cases be asked to provide their last 2 years tax returns in order to prove income. (Not required be every lender)
6.) If you are retired, disabled, or not currently employed, List all forms of monthly income and the length of time you have been drawing this income. Ex:
Social Security, Pension, Retirement Fund, Trust Fund, Etc
7.) You must have a current valid Driver License or Non-Driver ID to be eligible to purchase.
